COSI

The Center of Science and Industry, better known as “COSI”, is one of the largest modern science centers in the United States. It was named America’s number one science center for families by Parent Magazine. Since its establishment in 1964, COSI has welcomed over 30 million people from around America and the entire world. COSI provides over 300 exciting, hands-on displays and activities to guests that allow them to relate science and technology to every day life experiences.

Some of the museums’ highlights are a high wire unicycle, an interactive machine area, a seven story IMAX theater, and a special archaeological adventure.

COSI provides many science education programs both for families and educators. It encourages learning through workshops, lectures, camps, and overnight experiences. Additional details can be found on COSI’s website.
