Thurman’s Cafe is a local landmark in German Village. It is best known for its huge burgers and has even been featured on Man Versus Food on the Food Network. The restaurant has an eclectic atmosphere of stained glass lampshades, street signs, and assorted memorabilia. This burger joint has won a lot of awards for its delicious burgers. From the outside it doesn’t look particularly special, except that it usually for the line of people waiting to get it that usually extends past the door. The best time to go is late at night in order to avoid a long wait.
